Refund Policy

At BHN Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality nutrition counselling and personalized wellness guidance. Because our services involve time, expertise, and individualized planning, the following refund policy applies to all program purchases.

No Refund After Program Commencement

Once a nutrition counselling program has started and the first consultation session has been completed, no refunds will be issued. This is because personalized plans, assessments, and guidance are created specifically for each client.

Rescheduling Sessions

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session:

• Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ prior notice.
• Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered utilized and will not be refunded.

Package Programs

For programs purchased as multi-session packages or long-term plans (such as 1-month, 2-month, or 3-month programs):

• Packages cannot be partially refunded once the program begins.
• Unused sessions within the package are not eligible for monetary refunds.
